Paul Merchants Chandigarh (Tour), What a waste of time here; the company is so irresponsible that they have been deceiving me for the past three days, and the HR is so irresponsible that she doesn't even care. I squandered three valuable days by being duped into coming here for the job. It is not something I would recommend to anyone, and it is a complete waste of time for employees. Despite having discussed all points, the HR department does not answer the phone or respond via text. Zero professionalism, zero regard, nothing but their own phony attitudes. They don't even answer calls, staff is always busy in meetings, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, no regard for the time line given to job seekers, who are begging for updates but they are treating with no sense of responsibility. Congratulations, thank you.

I had booked my Honeymoon trip to Manali with Paul Merchants Limited. It was a wonderful trip organosed and prepared by Mr. Ritik Madan. He has assisted me in choosing the Hotels and has guided me for the entire trip. Being many packages made me confused based on the rates and ratings, but he guided me very well and made the best package for me and that too within my budget. Whenever I felt like there might be some issue, he always guided me like my brother. Being one of my best trip in my life time, he made it the motmost rememberable one. Let me start with the bus. The bus was comfortable, though not too much, but being a semi-sleeper, it was quite good. The Hotel wabooked for us was Manali Valley resort. The view from the Hotel was mesmerising. We loved enjoying the early morning and late evening tea sitting at balcony and Looking the Valley views.The Hotel staffs were also too kind and they too guided and co-operated with us. The food was awesome. Not too oily and not too spicy. It was a homely food wherein you can eat as much as you can and that too without any fear of over eating and undigestion.Specially would like to mention about Yash, the service guy. He was there for us to serve throughout our stay. Then on coming to the sight seeing Point, the Driver booked for us was too good and a patience guy. Throughout the trip, he never called us and said that we are getting late and you Must hurry. He helped us and guided us to manage the entire trip. He also managed his timing accordingly so that all the sight seeings are covered. He also showed us the best point Spots and made the day memorable by the adventure of Nature. Lastly on speaking on the Honeymoon suite and their decoration, it was so cute and sober. Me and my wife liked it very much. The Hotel has helped me in getting a rose upon my request and helped me in entire way to provide the best surprise to my wife. Overall, the trip was a memorable one. Would request all to get the package from Mr. Ritik Madan. He is such a kind and helpful person.And, last but not the least, a Special Thanks to Simar Mam to help me finding the right guy and suggesting for the desired package as per my requirement.
